Free Software

Free software is referring to freedom.

I use and recommend free software, which has a philosophy behind it -- anyone is free to run, copy, distribute, study, change and improve free software for any purpose.

Working with free software helps me remember to be grateful -- many people contribute to make it excellent. Using free software, I have been able to help others. I have a lot to be thankful for.

Here are some important free software links to review if interested: Free Software Foundation, GNU Operating System, Free Software Directory and info on common GNU/Linux distributions you may want to try...
